La jurisprudencia suele marcar que más de un 20% TAE ya es usura y la mayoría de ellos superan el 1000% TAE.

What is required to support breastfeeding moms in the workplace?


There are multiple levels of protection and laws for nursing mothers.

Federal Law:

In 2010, the government enacted the federal Break Time for Nursing Mothers law that requires employers covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to provide basic accommodations for breastfeeding mothers at work. These accommodations include time for non-exempt (hourly) employees to express milk and a private space that is not a bathroom each time they need to pump.

State Law:
